We all now that vegetables are very nutritious food and it is good to our body, it help us to escape from sickness, it help us to have a healthy mind and body and it gives us energy to do our daily task but why do most of us prepare to eat junk foods or unhealthy foods than vegetables? some people prepare to eat junk foods because of its nicer taste, its odor, its texture and many more but we should think of what is better for us. vegetables are better than other foods, it s more nutritious than junk foods. vegetables are the best food to eat. we need to make it a habit in eating vegetables everyday so that we ca maintain the goodness of our health.
