Maintaining our good health is important to us in order for us to do our daily task. so what should we need to do to maintain our good health? What should we eat?
We all now that vegetables are very nutritious food and it is good to our body, it help us to escape from sickness, it help us to have a healthy mind and body and it gives us energy to do our daily task but why do most of us prepare to eat junk foods or unhealthy foods than vegetables? some people prepare to eat junk foods because of its nicer taste, its odor, its texture and many more but we should think of what is better for us. vegetables are better than other foods, it s more nutritious than junk foods. vegetables are the best food to eat. we need to make it a habit in eating vegetables everyday so that we ca maintain the goodness of our health.
Do you really want to have a healthy lifestyle or a good health? Serve vegetables to your family everyday or eat vegetables everyday and i assure you, you will have a healthy body.

First of all I want to greet you a good day sir! It is an honor for me to write a letter for you. I know that you are busy doing your works and responsibilities sir but I hope that you will read this letter.
To lead a country is not easy but I salute you sir for being a good president. You had conducted a lot of projects and programs like the Phil Health, for us to maintain our good health. Convicting the corrupt officials, it is good that you are now washing out the corrupt officials little by little so that their will be no more distractions to our progress. Giving a free house to the poor people and to the typhoon victims. And the hardest and your most important plan, killing poverty to our country, I think it is hard for you to do this Sir, I know that you need our help to do this. We, your countrymen should also make our move, we need to be one to kill this poverty. You had done a lot of projects that benefit us a lot.
