Reflection :)

Yes! Third grading was over! J One more grading to go and I will be graduating!  Yehey!

This third grading period I have learned how to make my own Front page, it is quite hard to do at first but as you goes on it became fun and enjoyable to make.

My reflection this grading is not that good. You want to know why? It because I became lazy this grading, I am fun of rushing our requirements, I am not doing my assignments at home. Laziness is my problem this grading period.

I address this problem by motivating myself to do my school works; I need to do it so that I can maintain my grades.

This next grading period I will do my best to do my school works on time, I will avoid rushing them. J

New Year, new me!

Oh! It’s now January! Happy New Year everyone! J Happy 2013! How was your celebration? Is it great? How about your fingers? Are they still complete? Just joking! J

New Year, new me? I don’t think so, I can’t promise that but I’ll try my best to change the old me, the one that is easily gets hurt, easily cries, and the one who is easy to give up. The old me was a weak girl, a girl who does not believe in her ability, who does not believe of what she can do. I am also a lazy student this year, I am not doing my assignment at home, and I will just do our requirements the night before the deadline of submission, this year I am fun of rushing all my school works and I know this is not the doings of a responsible students.

This year I will be a stronger one, I will believe in myself, I will do everything that I can do in order for me not to give up. I will believe in my ability all I know that I can make it, just believe in myself. J I will also going to be a better student this year. If possible I will avoid rushing our school works; I will not going to be lazy this year,  I will do my best to improve my grades. J

Go! Go! Go! I can do this! I know I can be better this year! New Year, new me, the better me! J

Essence of Christmas! :)

Whenever I see girls and boys selling lanterns on the streets, I remember the child in a manger as he sleeps, whenever there are people giving gifts exchanging cards I believe that Christmas is truly in their hearts… Oh! It’s December again! J It’s Christmas time!

I can now feel the essence of Christmas. Lanterns everywhere! Christmas lights on trees, houses, churches and everywhere! Christmas trees are now displayed! Carolers on the streets! People are now busy buying their gifts to their love ones! And most especially humans are now attending the midnight mass or what we call the Simbang Gabi.

So what’s the Christmas all about? Isn’t it that it’s the time to share our blessings, time to give love and time to have peace to every one. Merry Christmas to all of us! J

To vote, to study, to love, to live, to speak, and to be happy: these are only some of our rights. We are living in a democratic country, we can do what we want but why is that some of us are not free to do their rights?

Why is that many of us can’t really vote freely? There are some politicians that are buying some ones vote or some of them use to threaten the lives of the voters so that they will vote for them. There are also some children that are not studying; their parents can afford to sent them to school because of poverty. Some babies had been aborted by their mothers, their mother ended their lives, and the babies are not given a chance to experience how wonderful life is. These are only some of our activities that is block our rights.

No to vote buying! No to abortion! No to all the doings that can slab our freedom! 

Climate Change

Climate change is one of the major problems now here in our society. But what is that what we call Climate Change? Well according to what I have read Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It may be a change in average weather conditions, or in the distribution of weather around the average conditions (i.e., more or fewer extreme weather events). Climate change is caused by factors that include oceanic processes (such as oceanic circulation), variations in solar radiation received by Earth, plate tectonics and volcanic eruptions, and human-induced alterations of the natural world; these latter effects are currently causing global warming, and "climate change" is often used to describe human-specific impacts.

So what are the causes of this Climate Change? Climate Change was caused by us humans. We are doing some activities that make this problem worse. We are not thinking of what will go to happen in our future. We are polluting our surrounding a lot. We are also burning plastics; we are over using our vehicles that blows out black smoke. Factories are also blowing dark smoke that can really caused air pollution. We are making the air polluted then some of us are making illegal logging and kaingin in the mountains. Instead of planting more trees to prevent the air pollution we are cutting trees, trees that can help reduce air pollution. All of this is the things that cause climate change.

We humans are the ones who is responsible for this but it is not really too late for us to save our mother Earth. There are still some ways for us to prevent this like planting more trees to bring back the fresh air or in order for us to prevent air pollution. Reducing the use of machineries that blows out black smoke, instead of using vehicles that blows out smoke why use bicycle? You can help reduce the pollution of air at the same time you are exercising yourself to maintain your body healthy.  And most importantly we should help one another to make our community clean and green.

Act now! Save mother Earth for the betterment of our society! 

My Reflection!

Days are really passing so fast. Can you imagine? Second grading period is about to end again so what did I learn this grading period especially in my ICT subject? Well I have learned the Basis HTML tags like how does World Wide Web works, how does the browser fetch the pages, how does the browser displays the pages, who is making the web standards, HTML file, HTML editors, Kinds of Tag. I also learned the Tag Attributes and Font Attributes. I had practiced using the HTML tags in our activities about this. I enjoyed making them.

                Every grading period we are encountering problems in our studying, if my problems in the first grading was our Advanced subjects, this are Advanced Physics, Advanced Chemistry, and Calculus. Those subjects are also my problems in this grading period but our Calculus this grading is not really too hard for me it was just in the average level. I don’t why but it is really hard for me to understand our Advanced Physics and Advanced Chemistry subject, I find it hard because I can understand the formula or the steps in finding the unknown that we are computing.

                I address these challenges by analyzing the formula that we are using, understanding the steps to arrive with the answers of the given problem. I am reviewing the lessons that is hard for me, that what they call self studying, studying by yourself only.

                Moving on, I will double my effort in studying so that I will understand our lesson well and I will be attentive when our teacher is discussing. I will try my best to be a responsible student.

English!

               We all know that we are living in the different part of the world and we all have our language nation by nation but in order for us to understand one other we have our universal language, English. And this month of October and we are celebrating the English Month with the theme “Upholding English Proficiency for Communicative Competence”.

                Knowing how to speak in English is very important for us because we are using this in communicating with others. So how can we enhance our communication skills? First is by reading books’ through reading in order for us to know more English words so that it will be easier for us to speak in English language. Second is by practicing ourselves to communicate with others. if we are capable in speaking in English it will be easier for us to communicate with the other citizens of the world.

               Let us practice our skills in speaking in English so that wherever we go we can still communicate with the people there.
